This causes very high back pressure and hot EGTs. Factory cats are burning up with cat temp as hot as 1950 degrees.  With SPD Alpha ultra high flow cats and larger 3\" diameter mandrel bent tubing, you will improve throttle response, mileage and overall performance while reducing back pressure and cat temperatures. Our flanges are CNC laser cut 304ss flanges and we TIG \u0026amp; MIG weld the downpipes for strength and durability. We designed in a 4\" flex pipe  to absorb shock from engine movement and chassis flex.  Our downpipes do not require custom tuning and can be used as a factory downpipe replacement. Every catalytic convertor that we tested in the industry either had green emissions or high flow but not both.  SPD Alpha Cat is a 400cell catalytic convertor and will out flow our previous 400cell performance cats by +90%. These are also ideal for vehicles in very cold or freezing weather as it allows crankcase pressure to escape until condensation or frozen condensation in the PCV hoses melts or thaws. Jet sizes and application basics for Adjustable version are explained below. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e» .100 Jet size is slightly more restrictive than the factory PCV fitting to allow you to restrict the PCV for vehicles ingesting too much oil through the PCV and wanting to reduce oil consumption. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e» .125 Jet size is slightly less restrictive than the factory PCV fitting to allow you to adjust the pcv to increase flow a bit more than factory for vehicles that only need minor adjustments to eliminate vapor locking in the PCV system. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e» .150 Jet size is even less restrictive for the boosted vehicles that tow and are driven harder to increase flow more than factory for vehicles that only need more adjustment to eliminate vapor locking in the PCV system. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e» .175 Jet size is the least restrictive compared to the factory PCV fitting and allows for the largest adjustment of the jets for modified vehicles that generate a lot of blow-by \/ back pressure to eliminate vapor locking \/ flooding the clean side of the PCV system with oil. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eReplacement O-Rings: \u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr\u003eSpare O-rings for the catch can cup.
